  The wrong book arrived - I received vol. 1 instead of vol. 2, however I'm still leaving a good review as the service was otherwise excellent, and it was a book I would have wanted anyway. Communication was good both before and after delivery, and responses were prompt and professional as I was given a full refund. The book that I received was also well packaged.
