  Item arrived as described. It shipped the same day, and I was provided tracking information. I anxiously followed its progress from CA to my home in MD. I liked that my package location was updated roughly every 12 hours, it didn't just show "in transit". All in all, very happy with my experience all around.

  I don't see a Hayward brand on it but it looks to be of quality. Great communication with seller as FedEx delivered my package to address other than what was on the shipping label.   Good Seller, prompt shipment, instant communications, highly recommended. I did not understand where the strainer gasket is installed. There are no photos showing the gasket, where it goes or which side goes up. There instant reply and photo answered my questions. It is in place and does not leak now. Works as expected. Thanks!

  I sent the seller 2 different emails. The first email was to inform them that the headline of the description said it fit R410A. The actual description buy the seller said it did Not fit R410A. They thanked me, WOW I probably saved them Thousands of dollars in missed orders. Then after I received the item, The outer box was not damaged, however inside the box, The hydraulic oil supplied by them had leaked 40%, and the parts for the hose connections were just thrown in. They did not care !
