  Good item at a good price . It didn’t arrive on time , the package was late being delivered but the seller has good customer service and replied to my messages and offered a refund or resend of item . The item turned up later though so all was well . The late delivery was totally the carriers fault not the seller the seller was very good . I would buy from this seller again and the product is excellent . I recommend both the item and the seller .

  Unfortunately the seller's dispatch team picked the wrong item out from what I'd actually ordered. However, response times and problem acquisition on refunding the item back in full and also covering the cost of the return was flawless and pain-free. They also offered to let me keep the item at a discounted rate which was kind, however, received item was not of any use for my particular needs. Disappointed that the incorrect item was supplied but the customer service offered was exceptional.

  Cables arrived well packed and are exactly as described. Seller was also friendly and helpful when Royal Mail took 2 weeks to deliver.

  As described , great price , but Royal Mail failed to deliver on expected date ( arrived 14June midday, after posted on the 9th June ) . When item failed to arrive , the communication from the seller was excellent , offering to re-send if it failed to arrive by the 14th June .

  The pens are good quality and they are in mint condition. The appearance is good and they are good value for money. The postage was very reasonable and they came quickly through the post. They were well packaged and they were as described. Service was fast and efficient. Would recommend. They would make an excellent stocking filler for a child at Christmastime.
