  Overall I am happy with my purchase. The seller communicated with me when the item was shipped as well as a photo of the condition of the shipment. My first bookcase was delayed and then not delivered because it was destroyed in transit. The seller was quick to send out a replacement. The replacement came in good condition and was the quality I expected.

  My purchase is exactly as described. It is so cute! It was packaged well and shipped super fast. The seller is absolutely wonderful to work with and provided amazing customer service. I would definitely purchase from this seller again!

  Before purchasing the item i contacted the seller to confirm that extra care would be used in packaging especially with a $107 shipping price. I was assured it would be. It was not. The packaging was lousy and as a result the item arrived bent, twisted and unrepairable and hanging out of the box it was loosely shipped in. Emails were sent back and forth regarding getting compensation from UPS, nothing ever came of it. Wasted $500+. Such a disappointment.
