  I ordered a PC case and made a mistake with the address. HotSpot Palace was responsive over eBay chat and not only helped resolve the issue, but also covered the $25 fee that was needed to change the address to fix my mistake. This experience was not smooth (due to me) but HSP was friendly and helpful regardless which I really appreciated. I recommend this seller.

  I placed and order that was shipped very quickly, but the shipping company delivered it to the wrong state. I reached out to the seller and they responded immediately and sent me a new one! They were extremely nice to do that and I’m super happy with the tower. I’ve wanted one for a long time! It came in the Piccalio box, brand new condition. It’s perfect! Highly recommend!
