  The item I purchased had a bad left ear bud. While that was disappointing the experience with the seller was not. They accepted the return and fully refunded my purchase. This makes me trust them and I would definitely consider purchasing from them again without hesitation. The refund came fast. As soon as they received the product! I also did not have to pay to return the item. While I wish the product was in working order I cannot ask for a better result to rectify the matter.
