    Bad experience. Purchased a kettle on 2nd June. I received no dispatch emails or updates. Kettle never arrived. I picked another shade as the one I originally ordered had sold out. That didn't arrive either. No dispatch emails or updates again. Was given two different reasons for their non arrival. Requested a refund, which they did not honour. Instead they sent out another kettle and said if it didn't turn up again they'd refund me. Got kettle today after 18 days since purchase. Avoid.
