Ruze Shoes was built from the ground up starting off as a business venture in the Santa Anita Mall in Arcadia, California. We started selling high-end brands in the store and made the decision to move completely online. Now a strong e-commerce website, Ruze Shoes has grown in many ways. In October 2012, Ruze Shoes moved into a larger building to accommodate the growing inventory, offices and new showroom. We plan to continue innovating and growing with the industry and in turn providing you with your favorite product at the best prices!

    Super fast shipping, shoes arrives June 23rd in a heavy plastic shipping bag, both pair of shoes in box still wrapped in original paper. I would buy from this seller again. No communication needed on ths sale is why it was left blank.

    Shoes came quick and exactly as described. They contacted me right after they had shipped the sneaker out to me and told me that the had accidentally shipped me the wrong size and they will refund me once send them the sneaker vack and gave me a 15% off next order. I decided to keep the sneaker cause they actually fit. I appreciated that they had informed me. Very happy with the communication and the buy.

    The item is as described. There were delays and shipping exception for days and the package was left at the wrong address. The people who received it in error were very decent and delivered it to me. The mistake was FedEx's error. I also spoke to the seller before purchasing to get accurate size info. He was super helpful. I would buy from the again.

    Ordered a size 9.5 and received a size 11. When I notified them, they offered a 15% discount if I wanted to keep the wrong size. Don't think my foot will grow a size and a half overnight, kinda dumb response. However, when I submitted a return, they printed a return label immediately and refunded my money. That says something about the company and therefore I gave them positive feedback!

    So very Happy for this purchase. Came in original box and packaging, shoes are still in plastic. Shipping and communication was spot on. Almost didn't but because the price seemed too good to be true but will definitely make more purchases. Thanks again for the perfect experience.
