  I am only revising to be done with this seller. She stated she sent me a notice before I received the item, this is blatantly false, as I have proof the time it was delivered and the time of her correspondence to me, which was 6 hours later. When I received the wrong item, i immediately reported it, as this has happened before. Then I received her message only after it was reported, contrary to what she says. Her carelessness in mailing packages does not constitute an emergency on my part.

  I sent you a message prior to receiving shipment the wrong item was sent. You were given a return slip to return item and have chosen not to. It was an honest mistake. I tried all I could to rectify.
