  The item was dispatched extremely quickly with good comms. I had purchased a pottery vase which was very carefully and securely wrapped in lots of bubble wrap with cardboard taped around the outside, then this was placed in more packaging inside a cardboard box. Snug as a bug in a rug. Great seller who I would definitely buy from again.
