  Arrived broken, posting an LCD screen across the world in just a plastic bag with no cardboard, bubble wrap, support etc is not going to work! The price was good and it arrived quickly, just a shame it wasn't wrapped very well. The seller then dealt with it very badly and offered a 30% refund! After a lot of conversation got a full refund, but very disappointed!

  False advertising!! They imply you are buying the ‘embossing machine’ which is why it’s priced around £10 but they only send you the ‘plates’ that fit the machine! I explained I can get the same plates for £2 elsewhere! I believe they hope you just can’t be bothered to send item back as it’s china ,so they gain? I was prepared to send back and asked for refund! They finally agreed after I opened case but sent me the word “REFUNDED”!!! In capital letters which was rude!! ……Don’t buy!!!
