  Excellent service from this very professional seller. Prompt answers to my questions and then mailed my new jigsaw puzzle right out; I'm amazed it got here so fast! As described in the listing and securely packed for the trip all the way to Alaska. I would shop here again!

  Very happy with purchase. The carrying case shipped quickly and arrived without damage. It was exactly as described in the listing. However, shipping cost was a little pricey. There was also no protective material (e.g. foam/paper/bubble wrap) between the bag and shipping box. Expected more care with the shipping preparation.

  ******BEWARE THIS SELLER******* This hat was fraudulently listed as being in "great condition" in spite of being crushed and stained. It was listed as a size 7 ⅝, using doctored photos, when it is actually a size 6 ⅞. The packaging consisted of cardboard box PIECES taped haphazardly together, resulting in even more damage to the hat. When I contacted the seller they told me to return the hat, charging me additional shipping and taxes. CHECK THEIR REVIEWS!

  I'm truly sorry this buyer had a disappointing experience. I take pride in accurate listings and honest communication. The item was described and photographed accurately to the best of my ability, and I offered a return with a full refund. Unfortunately, the buyer threatened to leave negative feedback and filed an "item not received" claim—even though tracking clearly shows it was delivered. I'm working with eBay to resolve this, and I remain committed to fairness and good customer service.

  Purchased as a parts clock but the seller was on top of it and allowed a brief negotiation and we met somewhere on the middle and no time was wasted entering it into the shipping system and was quick to drop it off to fedex the very next day.. ive not gotten it yet but should be good for my needs. It was preowned.And for the price id not bother with a refund and putting them in the negative on it , i highly recommend and happy with this ebayers work ethics.. Thanks, EnjoyYyour Holiday.🎄
