Everything was fantastic, quick shipping (day early!) and perfectly packaged in a well cushioned box. 1 problem: FedEx driver delivered the box UPSIDE DOWN! Clearly marked with arrows and words... definitely major driver mistake, and could have severely damaged the unit if I had not known what to do. Unit is WONDERFUL and I recommend this seller.

I contacted the seller and they responded very quickly. They worked with me and we came to a mutual agreement to refund some of the money instead of going through the hassle of shipping it back. Of course they gave me both options but I decided on the refund. They were understanding through the process.

I’ve not opened it yet because the camper I bought it for, is gone being serviced. When I do open it I’ll test it out and hopefully we will be good. I will try and come back to leave a second review once I know something about the condition of the AC unit. So far the seller has been good. It’s the one I ordered, and it shipped pretty quickly and arrived reasonably fast via FedEx. Good seller.
