  I will definitely not be ordering again from this seller. I placed an order that was supposed to arrive between Dec 11 and Dec 14. It is now the 16th. For about a week the shipping label was created and a tracking number has been generated. However FedEx states that they are waiting for this to be dropped off. I imagine this will not be ready by Christmas. I have sent multiple messages asking for an update and I haven’t even gotten a single response. How disappointing for such an expensive item.
