    The item matched the description accurately, and to my surprise, it arrived in a box, despite the description stating that no box would be included. The packaging was sturdy and undamaged. Although shipping took some time, the seller maintained effective communication throughout the process. This is a rare shoe released in 2021 that continues to retain its value.

    Listing stated the shoes were new but didn't come with the shoebox but when they arrived they were in a shoebox so a nice surprise. Shoes were exactly as pictured. I didn't give a 5 star for shipping because it did take a long time for the shoes to be shipped BUT the seller did set that expectation up front. Ordered on December 20th and was estimated to arrive January 9th. I received a day early.

    The product was perfect and the Price was great. The shipping took almost a month which is a bit too long. I would recommend this seller however they need to speed up their shipping process if possible.

    These are perfection!! Arrived boxed with inserts, and the sheepskin insole I've been yearning for! Great communication from seller, shipping actually faster than promised. Great value for price offered.

    I purchased a pair of boots that were as new without tags. The seller does take two weeks to ship, they made it very clear in the post and I was ok with that. The pic of the boots were a stock pic and when they arrived you could tell they were pretty used, of minor scuffs and some crud stuck to the bottom of the boot. I did request a return and refund and they did grant that. I will be very cautious buying from them if I ever do again.

    Seller was upfront about timeframe of shipping, and quick at communication when I had a question. The boots arrived as described and fit perfectly. I am overjoyed to finally have these boots that I've been looking for since 2023.
