  I received my ink refill bottles. They were as described. The bottles of ink were in great condition. It is good quality ink and is compatible to the name brand ink. You can't beat the price. Great communication with the seller. My items were wrapped really well for shipment and arrived fast.

  Although the item was exactly as described and shipping time was excellent .. I was disappointed that the cartridge was defective and did not work in my printer . I contacted the vendor & he also suggested a resolve that did not work . When I asked for a refund it was issued without any further inquiries . This is a reputable vendor who I TRUST !

  Buyer beware. The description is misleading and deceiving. It is advertised as a combo pack of ink cartridges. So I ordered it expecting that and received only the black cartridge. I contacted the seller and was told that I had to use the drop down. There is no mention or indication of this. That's not good business sense. Never again I hope eBay looks into this.🤬
