    This Dog harness was marked as Small on the vest, but the package it was enclosed within stated it was large. The photo with this listing was a small Chihuahua, but this harness will fit a 30-40 lb dog. I initiated a return request through eBay, but instead of getting a return I got repeated excuses from the seller and they sent me an offer to BUY another harness they were selling . I do not recommend this seller and advise you to ask detailed questions and request visual tape measurements
