However this arrived at lightning speed, in great condition, very thoughtfully packaged in a custom-cut box and great packing materials! I was so pleased. The doll is very hard to find now in the states and I am so grateful to find her! The price was very fair all things considered, and the quality on these Extra Barbies is fantastic. She was new in box as pictured and described. Beautiful doll!

This was one of the reasons I purchased it at such an inflated price. This is also the reason I chose this seller over other sellers offering the same item at a lower cost. It has been over a week, and I still have not received the item. I received a tracking number for it, but after contacting DHL, I learned that the item has not yet even been delivered to DHL for shipping. NO CONTACT INFO FOR SELLER! BEWARE!

The seller did a fantastic job of quickly communicating and was able to contact the shipper and had it picked up and delivered to our address just in time for Christlmas. Extremely good experience with this seller would highly recommend.
