  Full transparency. The item that was sent to me was bad. It was a headset. It would not turn on. However in dealing with the seller, they were very open to sending me another item, but when they did not have another item that was the same, they provided a full refund. That is all I could ask for, and just for that I will do business with this seller again. I can deal with a bad product, it happens. I cannot deal with a bad or shady seller, and this seller kept their word and fully refunded me.
