Stephen Baldwin and Charles Malik Whitfield star as two law enforcers looking to solve a complex string of killings in BOUND BY LIES. Baldwin plays Detective Max Garrett, who alongside Lt. Eddie Fulton (Whitfield) aims to protect photographer Laura Cross (Kristy Swanson) from becoming the next victim.
