This is a vintage chrome dash speaker temperature grille bezel for a 1953 Packard Clipper. The part number is 422476 and it is compatible with Packard models from 1947 to 1954. The chrome is starting to pit. I tried taking some close up pictures of it. Other than that it is in great shape.
