FOR LOST PARCELS OR PRODUCTS:
* Kindly immediately contact the Seller for undelivered parcels or products within the expected period of delivery.
* The Seller will give a full refund of payment for undelivered products or services.
* Customers are advised to immediately inform the Seller if the product is damaged or broken upon delivery or with a day or two.
* If the damage was noticed upon opening or checking of the product, the customer must immediately inform the Seller
* A proof of evidence such as pictures must be provided by the Customer. These shall be sent through an e-mail either directly to the Seller on eBay.
RETURNING OF DAMAGED PRODUCTS:
* The customer shall wait for the confirmation of Seller regarding the returning of the products.
* The customers must ship back the products as soon as he/she gets the confirmation of the Seller.
* The Seller will only ship a new item.
* The Customer must immediately send back the damaged product to the Seller. The Seller will not process a shipping of the new product in the absence of the damaged product.
OUT OF STOCK /UNAVAILABLE PRODUCTS:
* The Seller can suggest an alternative product for products that are currently unavailable.
* The Customer can either accepts the alternative product or request for a refund.
* The Seller will refund the full payment made by Customers for products that are currently unavailable.
AVAILABILITY OF THE PRODUCTS:
* A complete description of the products of the products or items are indicated in the listing. These include the description of the type of material used, the sizes and the origin of the product.
* The Customer should manage their expectation about the product.
* The Seller will process and ship the products or the items based on the purchases made by the Customer.
* In cases such as wrong purchased product, or the product didn’t fit to the Customer’s needs, the Customer can request for an exchange of the product to the Seller.
* Shipping fee shall be shouldered by the Customer for products that need to be exchanged.
* The Seller does not offer warranty of the products.
* The manufacturer is the only person who is responsible in giving warranty to the products.
* In case the customers encounter any problem with the product and mentions about the warranty, all complains must be directly addressed to the manufacturer.
* For security reasons of both Seller and the Customer, all payments of the product shall be made through PayPal.
* Other forms of payment shall not be accepted by the Seller.
