Shipping Information:
All items are in stock and are dispatched to you within 24 hours of your payment being received. All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Standard Delivery.
Orders placed before 4 pm Monday to Friday are dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 4 pm or during weekends and Bank/Public Holidays are dispatched the following working day. Once your product is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.
Please note UK delivery timescale is normally Next Working Day however Royal Mail can sometimes take up to 7 working days to deliver parcels sent via First Class Mail so please wait 7 working days from the date of purchase before contacting us.
We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, your local postal service or by International Customs Inspections. Our P&P costs include delivery charges, packaging, and handling fees; not just the cost of the postage stamp. Winning an item constitutes your acceptance of the above under the terms of eBay.

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return postage in any instance. We can only refund or replace items we actually receive back. To guarantee receipt YOU must return the item by a signed for service; this will provide you with a proof of receipt.
Returns Information:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or your item is faulty then simply return the item or items to us in their original condition within 30 days of receipt.
We will issue a refund on receipt, or exchange the item for a different product/color if preferred.
Gadget Boxx is not liable for return postal costs of Non-Faulty products, please ensure any returned items are well packaged, Gadget Boxx cannot be held responsible for damaged or lost returns.
