P&N Homewares is dedicated in providing excellent customer service and selling a very high quality products however we do understand that sometimes you need to exchange or return something you’ve bought.
We have a refund and exchange policy which allows you to return for refund or exchange the product you bought from us within 14 days provided you can show us the proof of purchase (receipt) and the product is in a re-saleable condition with all its original packaging and accessories intact.

Returning an unwanted product:
We can understand how anyone can have a change of mind and would want to return a purchased product. We accept returns as long as we have been informed within 14 days from the date of delivery. We reserve the right to refuse returns or charge you a reasonable cost if the product does not meet the requirements. The product must be in original condition i.e. in its original packaging with its manual and accessories. You are responsible to pay the return cost. The refund will be made the same way the payment for the product was made. Please be aware that it is your responsibility to send the product back in a protective packaging.
Returning a damaged product:
P&N Homewares use very experienced and professional delivery companies but we do understand that damages happen in transit. We can assure you that it is very rare to receive a damaged item however if you do we will refund you in full once we have received the product back and have analysed the damaged product. The item must be returned in its original packaging with all its accessories intact. Please note that you must notify us of the damage as soon as you have received the product. We give 4 days from the date of delivery for you to inform us of the receipt of the damaged product.
