Terms and Conditions of the Sale
We try to be fair and accurate with all of our listings, we therefore request that you please read each description carefully before making your purchase. We give you the information that is supplied by our vendors and if you have reason to believe that any of our information is incorrect, please email us so that we can investigate this further and change any relevant details.
Customer service is of utmost importance to us and is treated with high priority. If you have a problem with your purchased item or the service that you have been provided, please send an email to us so that we can work together to resolve the issue. We are always extremely fair and always try to work with our reasonable customers resolving any issue. We will make every attempt possible to resolve the issue if we made a mistake (It happens!!!). Please do not assume a mistake is intentional. Please let us know if our service could be better!!
We strive for positive feedback as well as five star ratings, harmonious relations and even some friendships and we would be extremely grateful to you if you leave us positive feedback. Negative feedback doesn't go away automatically and is extremely harming to any business/shop on eBay and should only be left as a last resort!
Deliveries:
Deliveries are made using Royal Mail Services for smaller items, and UK Mail for larger items. UK Mail delivers on working days i.e. Mon-Fri, so please ensure someone is available to sign for the delivery. Remote Postcodes may take longer than Next Day. If there is no one in and the item is returned back to us or the courier have to redeliver, there will be an administration charge of £3.50.
Where glass or mirrored items are purchased, please ensure the item is opened and checked before signing for, as any damaged items must be signed for as damaged otherwise a damage claims cannot be made. It is our policy to replace damaged items as swiftly as possible. We cannot be held responsible for loss or damage during transit, but will endeavour to settle any loss as quickly and as fairly as possible.
