When I contacted the seller they were very defensive, only communicated once and said that they had proof it was delivered, to spite the fact that I had initially told them it was the wrong house. They made no effort to investigate my concern. Also it said “new in box”, but it is clear that it is NOT NEW AND UNUSED, to spite the fact it was in the box, taped closed. Not truthful, disorganized and not helpful!
