The person that handled the return "Tammie" was extremely accommodating and very attentive. She let me know I could return to their USA warehouse and in less than a week she issued me a refund. She even asked me if it was okay to wait until the item was returned and that is the normal procedure anyhow. In other words this company has my vote as a great organization to do business with. I highly recommend them!!!

FedEx has not delivered a package in time since then. This is the farthest they have went. They canceled this order when it was within 100 miles of my home. 2nd time, They sent by a different carrier with no issues.
