Very good Packaging and Condition is acceptable would use the Vendor again and recommend. Prices are up everywhere this was a good deal.

The item was fairly described, and the shipping was exceptionally quick and well handled. The package box was bent in one corner, but the amount of bubble wrap assured me the laptop was not harmed in any way. Laptop was securely packaged and shipped very quickly. Shortly after running Windows Update the keyboard became disabled. I made several attempts to fix the problem on my own without success. Decided to contact the merchant to report the problem. He responded very quickly with a solution to correct the problem. Overall, very happy with my purchase & support from the merchant. Great Ebayer!
