This is the only seller I have ever dealt with that when the shipping was too high for what was sent they actually refund you the difference! This is almost unheard of! But i appreciate it so much. When im looking for good coach bags at a great price this is the seller i go too! Shipping is always fast. Packaging is always great. And bags are always as described to a T!

The seller communicated well either me and responded in a very timely manner although the situation was out of our hands. When the package arrived late after my wedding date,they advised me to return and took care of the refund promptly.
