In this day of 2 day shipping and parcel protection, it hard to fathom a $500 piece of electronic equipment shipped cross country wrapped in paper and tape. Still haven't installed it yet, so not sure if it was damaged during shipping. At least the shipping was free, the price was unbeatable, and their communication was good.
