USPS sent a message saying it was delivered this last week, I phoned them to say it was not delivered and and they said no it wasn't delievred but they needed to clear the shipment from their system and the only way to do it was to mark it delivered. Again, no fault of the seller, she had excellent communication and quickly refunded the transaction.
