This macro lens performs best for flat-field image-centre to corner sharpness at c.1.25m to 1.0m and shorter focusing distances at c.f/8.0 indicated aperture. To prevent lens flare, make sure the inside of the deep, in-built lens hood is shielded from direct light sources.

I ordered the item on the 9th and it showed up in California on the 27th. A bit of a slow boat, but I guess that's just how eBay works when ordering from China to be shipped to the U.S. Not sure that it is the seller's fault.
