Seller offered refund. Kept rack, but modified to attach to crossbars with bolts. No channel nut hardware provided. Manufactured does not give recommendations on channel nuts. I will have to make them myself or modify. Very annoying. Looks great, but I had to invent because critical hardware was not provided. Get threadlock! Seller worked out a solution to the transaction

Land rover sells one that's like $1200 but this one was like $120 and it looks great on my land rover. I was amazed at how strong it is. There's no flex or bending at all.it solid as Caan be. Very happy with the look and very little wind noise when driving 65 mph or at any speed. I didn't even notice it and it was a concern when I bought it . No issues at all. Great product fast shipping
