    The only thing I can that might appear negative is that they are a large company which appears a little ‘sterile’ to me! Everyone is very courteous and they respond quickly to all questions and problems. Their description is always spot on. ‘Fair’ prices and shipping is great in every was, shipping cost, packaging, quick delivery. All is well including this great train ! I just like to haggle and they don’t. I will return and buy here again, definitely!

    The item I ordered was listed as NOS and it was exactly that . When I received it the box was in perfect condition as was the box inside containing the item . Shipping was good . Appearance was excellent .The purchase was a good value . I had an issue with the item so I contacted the seller and initiated a return . Communication was excellent and went very smoothly .     The marker lights arrived on time. It was well packaged and had a low price. It looked like the item listed in the listing. Unfortunately the advertisement had a typo and they were for O gauge not HO. I contacted Trainz and they searched for an HO version but did not have one available. They immediately gave me a refund. Although this transaction did not go as hoped, Trainz was very responsive and has always provided excellent service.
