Ordered 3 Large belts, picked correct size/colours: black/brown/KHAKI I wanted from dropdown lists. Was sent multi-coloured belt not KHAKI because the IMAGE was wrong on listing! Asked seller to send correct belt, they said thx for telling them & they corrected image, asked them again to send replacement, they replied to say they ship orders based on the IMAGE not the COLOUR! Got told to photograph the label so it could be sent back to China for inspection. (You see where this is going ?) Sent a photo, got a message back, 'no photo'. Sent another photo, same thing. Apparently, they're not aware that you cant upload images on ebay messenger and didn't bother to read the emails. Offered a 20% discount if I kept it. Got my money back.
