I stated that return policy is irrelevant because I was not sent the item I ordered. They tried repeatedly to get me to keep for a “discount” before agreeing to accept the return. Now, they’ve received the return in its original package & refuse to refund because of damage by the shipping company. I told them that was between then and the shipper.
