Inspired by Midway's arcade classic Gun Fight, Showdown in 2100 A.D. features a red and a blue android cowboy shooting it out across a tree-lined landscape. Competing against the computer or another person, each player has six bullets, but can restock its ammo by touching a tree of a matching color. Wildly ricocheting bullets add unpredictability to the contest, and the first to score ten hits wins. Featuring some of the best character animation on the Odyssey 2, this is one showdown worth having.
