I explained that I am disabled and struggle toget to the post office. You sent me a picture of the damaged item. I appologised, told you I would send a replacement and asked you how they were packed. You informed me in a Jiffy Bag. I said that the replacements would come in a more sturdy box which was posted yesterday (7th July). At no point did I ask you to return the parcel, I hope you enjoy the replacements I have sent you but please do not order any further items from me.

Care had clearly been taken to package them so they all arrived safely and with no breakages. Order arrived well within the quoted delivery date.
