The vendor was very communicative and helpful, and the delivery was made well within the estimated period. Plus, part of their profit goes to charity, which is admirable. I had to pay an extra €50 due to import taxes, but that is no fault of the vendor's, and they warned about it on the item description. Still, potential buyers beware.

Item arrived extremely fast for me, which was a welcome surprise! I did have to pay customs for Canada though, I got a prompt call and payed online, so no delivery delays. Item came tightly wrapped in bubble wrap, so no issues in transportation! The 3ds was just as described, in good condition with a few light scratches on the shell.
