I tried several times using three different power sources but each attempt failed. In short the motor o/n18-13659-01476. does not work and Im extremely disappointed with this purchase. Was this product tested and quality controlled after manufacture or being despatched? I think either a working replacement or full xcredit including the postage is warranted.
