Partial refund was given as he requested. He had all the watches he bought from me for a while. He DIDNT COMMUNICATE what was wrong with any of the watches until a request to buy another watch very cheaply was denied. Now it seems he is using the same watch damage for bad review for all the watches he bought. He decided to pay a jeweler 20 bucks for stain on a crystal he could have remove himself with an alcohol swab.
