They called me twice trying to resolve this problem. I didn't pick up, but their voice message was very concerned and very nice. I responded with an eBay message to say "No problem. Just send the remaining mug." They did and they took a few dollars off its price for my trouble. It arrived the next day, well packaged. Great service, wonderful people. As the seller described, they may have been displayed plates and not actually used. I already had have three same plates, so wanted to add two to make it a set of five. Good value. The picture and description did not match what I received at all. The seller insisted I must have gotten the thread from another seller and could not conceive that they could have made an error. Only after contacting EBay did I receive a refund. This was my first negative experience using eBay for the last 20 plus years. Thank you eBay for making it right.
