They helped me customize my order and answered any questions that I had. They even gave me a personalized discount on top of everything. Oscilloscope was tested, had the calibration certificate included in the box, and was packaged in AMAZING condition. It looks great! Great Quality! WILL BUY AGAIN!!!!
