The prints were loose packed with crumpled brown craft paper which did not keep the art from being badly sliding around within the box resulting in all three frames being broken at the corner. Seller has acknowledged having this issue on other orders. No refund was offered. Considering the cost of reframing, this purchase was not a good value.
