They refunded me partially but the amt. difference between the storage capacity is not bad so I intentionally placed a 256GB. I’m just not into giving neutral or negative FB because everybody makes mistakes. I got that. I just wish they could double check the items before sending to avoid issues as such. They sell, we buy. They must improve their customer service too, It takes a while before they respond. FYI…This is business.

I had bought 2 phones (the one I currently had before this one) from this seller and that transaction was also pleasant! The phone is as describe in the description. Barely a scratch very minimal. It was packed in a small ball securely. However, the description said Fedex for shipping but was sent by usps. It got here safely. The screen does not have any visible scratches.
