Item was packaged amazing, the item is also just like the picture, it is in wonderful condition, the quality is great, the value is amazing, and the transaction was easy in general, they also answered all my questions quickly! My only complaint is that the shipping took about 15 days (around 11 business days)but it was dhl shipping so it only took 4 days from Japan to Florida once shipped. Other than that I love him thank you so much!!

It arrived well protected and just as advertised. Looking forward to using this new mike on my FTDX-10. The cost was much less than in the big box stores. Thanks for taking such great care in packaging this item. I would purchase from them again.

Had a hiccup where it was sent to my old address, but I was able to clear that up directly with DHL delivery service who got it to the proper destination on the date/time they said it would arrive.
