Reusable, but not that many times. I wore my pair on three walks, and there are holes on the bottoms. I got two shoe covers marked L, which I think means left foot, but it didn't matter, as one of them fit fine on my right shoe. So, I will look for Boggs or some other waterproof boot. These are good to have around though for occasional non-heavy use.
