I had a problem with a previous order because an item was missing; the seller was super helpful in getting me the piece back and replied relatively fast. I asked for a photo to ensure it came with my order and was shipping to me. The toy came exactly as it was in the picture, along with the missing piece. This is my third item from them, and I hope to buy again from them soon!

Other con was the yellow zord gray bumper is missing but wasn't shown in that mode in pictures so that's not on the seller at all. Will definitely order again! And the fact that the price is amazing im okay with condition

Although one item was missing, the seller offered a partial refund, and their actions are really appreciated. Overall, this item was a great buy and i would absolutely recommend this seller as they shipped rather quickly and has fast response time. The items received were also at fair quality and appeared the same as was in the provided image. These toy voyagers will fit well with the rest of my collection.
