    Seller pre-order communication excellent. The order shipped and delivered faster than first listed. However, though wrapped well, the item has two broken parts. I don’t think it has anything to do with shipping, just poor quality. First the bag’s zipper is broken. Then one of the poles gets stuck and does not extend all the way. See photos.
