As you can see by our feedback this is not a common occurence. We are looking into how this one slipped through QC. Typically we arent using zip ties to fasten fans but some units have an inherent design flaw and we augment the fastening of fans that historically rattle loose due to poor OEM design. Usually the ties are black and dont stand out like these yellow ones. No excuse for the cleanliness though. Sincerely
